Everyone starts from a scratch. Expect that there would be ups and downs. It is part of the process, trust it. No matter what kind of path or career you are entering, you will always encounter some problems and difficulties. But don’t let this obstacle affect your abilities, you should accept and assimilate from it. Failure is success if we learn from it. This is one of the secrets to have a victorious and a happy life.

Here are some motivational tips from our Hubient Talents:
BE FRIENDLY TO YOUR VIEWERS
Always be friendly to your viewers. The key is to be patient and persistent. When you first start streaming pick a ‘golden’ time that is suitable time yourself and the audience . – Angela Huynh

DON’T BE AFRAID TO BE YOURSELF
Don’t be afraid to be yourself! Streaming allows great exposure to millions of people all around the world. As you venture into the world of streaming you will meet people who love you for who you are and adore your presence. You will be able to create amazing lifelong friendships from this opportunity. – Julia Nguyen (BIGO ANZ Host)

ALWAYS SHOWCASE YOUR TALENTS
The streaming industry itself is getting bigger most especially because it’s one of the most accessible way to utilize our talents and capabilities nowadays. One advice I can give you is always showcase where you’re good at if you are a singer, there is no need to reach those high notes if you can’t instead focus on your strengths and also be real, live performances can never be edited so it’s better if you stay true to your audience and most especially to yourself. At first it will not be easy but be optimistic, my mentor once said, “Always come from the heart, not in need. Stream because you love what you do, not because you need to, because it will make everything flow with ease.” Be inspired and coachable, it will be hard for us to be contented in this field because improvements are inevitable, always be open for corrections because if you look at it as an insult you will never grow. Lastly, don’t be affected by those people that will put you down or will not support you, remember we can’t please everyone so instead appreciate those people who will choose to stay. – Eric Verde (KUMU Host)

DO YOUR BEST AND NEVER COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS
At first, it is not going to be easy but if you have the motivation and the passion to do what you love by sharing your talent and inspire other people, you will do what it takes even if only one person is watching you. It’s not the number that matters but how big your impact is. Just do your best and don’t compare your success to others. Remember, slow progress is still progress. – Phoebe De Guzman (KUMU Host)

MOTIVATE YOURSELF AND DON’T LET OTHERS DESTROY YOU
When you start streaming, you have to be sure that you love what you are doing. At first, it will be very hard for you to have supporters, viewers, and build foundation, that’s why you need to strive harder for your passion. You have to invest in equipment or gadgets once you earn to give them good quality entertainment. Next is you have to appreciate little efforts, be friendly and respect your viewers. If someone tries to bash you and
hate comments, don’t mind them, keep streaming for your other viewers. Even if you only have one viewer, you have to keep streaming, because that one person is believing in you, which means you also have to believe in yourself. “Trust the Lord’s process” and “don’t expect something for a day” is what I always say whenever I will start to stream. Because we’ll never know who will visit and give support to us. Lastly, you have to know your purpose, “why am I doing this?”. That will serve as your motivation to continue and be better every day. – Kathrina Batac (BIGO PH HOST)

NEVER GIVE UP
Never give up to all talents who are just starting out in streaming. There will be times where you never have the most numbers of viewers and lots of supporters, but never stop. What matters the most is that you are enjoying what you do and the rest of your plans will just follow eventually according to plan. – Anne Raz (BIGO PH HOST)

We do hope all these advices and tips may help you succeed in your streaming career. In order to achieve your goals, always remember that the secret of getting ahead is getting started.
