Hey what’s up, armies! Mr. Frog here back with another Mobile Legend hero spotlight.Today we’ll be featuring one of the most powerful metas in MLBB today. Yes, you heard it right. Today’s hero, harley. Harley is the young Magician, or young wizard blessed with the Magic Goddess. Compared to other hero mages, Harley prioritizes normal attack because his passive skill effect provides a number of magic attacks. If you are able to target your skills correctly, Harley is easy to use. He is able to harass his enemies and even secure the kill. This hero is not easy to use as he has a low HP. He needs good positioning to play to his full potential.
Harley has 4 skills. 3 of them are active and 1 is passive. His 1st skill is Power Trick. Harley shoots 5 rounds of 3 cards forward, dealing 130 – 210 (+25% Magic Power) Magic Damage on first enemy hit and increasing his attack speed by 5%, stacking up to 8 – 10 or a maximum 40% – 50% Attack Speed for 3 seconds. 2nd Skill is Space Escape. Harley teleports to a designated direction, leaving a magic hat at his place and increasing his movement speed by 30% for 2 seconds. Use it again within 4 seconds to return to where the hat is. Then, Last skill is the Deadly Magic. Harley shoots a magic fire ring to a designated enemy hero (can be blocked by other heroes), dealing 200 – 400 (+60% Magic Power) Magic Damage and slowing by 40% for 1.5 seconds. The ring remains for 4 seconds for which Harley can deal damage by hitting the ring with his skills. Harley’s Passive is the Magic Master. Harley’s Basic attack is modified to deal 60 (+50% Physical Attack) (+60% Magic Power) Whenever Harley damages an enemy, he will also reduce the enemy’s Magic defense by 2 points for 3 seconds, with the maximum stack limit up to 10 times. He also has the Sibling Buff: Harley gains 10 HP when he and Lesley are in the same team.
The best item and the best build I can recommend are Arcane boots or demon shoes, Clock of destiny, Lightning Truncheon, Concentrated Energy, Glowing wand, Holy Crystal and Divine Glaive. Demon Shoes can help with mana regeneration. It is very important to buy the clock of destiny as it increases HP and Magic Attack every 30 seconds, up to 10 times. When 10 times HP and Magic Attack is increased, it will give additional Mana and an extra 5% Magic Attack. Lightning Truncheon, It is the main source of Damage. It will deal Burst type of Damage and deal additional damage based on your Mana. It also deals extra damage by spreading the Magic Damage to enemies as Lightning. While the holy crystal exponentially increases its magic power. But what I also say, the best build depends on your opponent. Strategy is the key to win the game. Use bush always to take advantage of your opponent. Hiding in the bush will secure the possibility of getting a successful kill. During Late Game Phase, always wait for Squishy Targets before you engage the enemy. Harley Late Game damage can One-shot Squishy Players but not Tanks and Fight. Always use Ultimate first then Attack with Basic Attacks and Skill 1. Always rotate first to Enemy Marksman Lane. Aim for Easy Targets in the Early Game to gain an Upper Hand. After getting properly fed by those ganks. Start aiming for Tanks too who are out of position and can easily die.
Retribution is a spell that allows you to clear Jungle quicker and help in Early Game Farm, which is vital for Harley. Flame shot can increase your Ultimate damage, which is great for finishing off enemies. The role you play will determine which magic spell you use. If you already have a carry hero on your team. You can be a support either way.
