Fuju Sushi Restaurant Review

Welcome again to the Hubient blog, today I have something a little special for you. I went out to this special nice place to eat during the day at Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. See you there!   

So at Surfers Paradise, just a couple steps away from Q1, is the Fuji Sushi restaurant which will feed you while not breaking your bank. The food is great value and is definitely filling.  

As you can see, they have a special lunch box for $12 and a variety of menu to choose from!  

In the shop, the atmosphere was beautiful and there was a nice little bar as well. I could say a cute little family business is surely well done. I ordered the combo menus and lunch boxes. The lunch boxes came with your selection of protein, either sashimi or sushi and miso soup + rice!  

If you fancy a drink, then this place surely can accommodate along with nice authentic decorations really makes you feel like you touched down in Japan. So if you’re here in Surfers, swing by for a bite. 

Okay so the first order came through, we got the Takoyaki, the size is generous and definitely tasty. 

Here we have the Takoyaki, all I can say is: really good! We also have the pork Gyoza here as well.  

Main meals have arrived. This is my $12 set, the salad is super nice but here we got the Karaage chicken, sashimi and the salad (delicious!). Oh and miso + rice. Other sets we ordered were the Chicken Teriyaki set and Prawn tempura set. Let’s dig in!

The chef actually came out and gave us a special present; the salmon Aburi which is great! 

Okay so now we’ve finished, and we absolutely cleaned up. I am soo full! 

Just done lunch at Fuji Sushi restaurant, it’s just down the road from Q1. But I’ll see you guys shortly.  

After lunch, we just went to wonder around a little to digest, but we didn’t head too deep in Surfers but I have to say Gold Coast have one of the nicest beaches. The Q1 is close to where we were, they do have some nice cafes otherwise called the sky point, I’ll certainly do a video of this one day.

I’ve hiked abit now, I’m really unfit but we arrived at the beach’s side walkwaywhich extends all the way down the beach. It’s completely stunning. Here we are at the beach, nice sunny day. 

So I sat by the steps here at the beach. It’s basically the beach but I really recommend you guys to get nice and dirty in the sand to take in the full experience of the beach. It’s a very long stretch of beach which extends all the way down to Cooly (Coolangatta).
