Literally, this unique location situated on 207 Narrows Rd, Montville, Queensland offered nothing narrow about it. Secret on the Lake is a luxury treehouse retreat situated on the Sunshine Coast hinterland embedded between the majestic rainforest and Lake Baroon.
Although I didn’t stay at their beautiful cabins, I did get the chance to enjoy their café for a brunch occasion. This award-winning café is situated in a prime spot overlooking Lake Baroon. The atmosphere was absolutely stunning with potential for functions, weddings, or a gathering of any occasion.
My special brunch was completed with a blended cup of coffee topped with the Smoke Salmon Secret Benedict. The coffee wasn’t burnt like some places and the meal… tasted as good as it looked for sure.
My short duration at Secrets on the Lake surely left me satisfied. One place must offer a super combo of meals, service, atmosphere to leave such an impression however I surely regret not staying at their accommodations. The fresh air was refreshing paired with the walk around the lake is a Botox of its own. If you’re a nature lover like me and lowkey a foodie, pay Secrets on the Lake a visit.
