Hello everyone, I’m Surgeebee, and I am a talent, influencer, and gamer under Hubient Agency and Hubient Esports. Here, I will be reviewing the game KARDS, The World War II card game. This game combines traditional CCG gameplay with innovative mechanics inspired by classic strategy games and real battlefield tactics.
This game allows you to take command of various units from the ground, air or seas where you can challenge other players in a grand-scale warfare. Every single class has it’s own unique abilities and lore inspired from real life units and strategies.
The goal is to bring your enemy’s HQ down to 0. Whoever gets to 0 first will lose the game. When starting off, the game will introduce all it’s mechanic and units in an in-game tutorial. Similar to the above image, the website also highlights on a quick “How-to-Play” guide on their website (Link down below).
The selling factor for this game for me is the uniqueness of each card illustrated by beautiful designs which makes them truly collectable. Paired that with the fact that each card comes with a little story and derived from real life events or units further excites me along with adding a purpose to expand your collection.
You can expand your collection via the in game stores where packs can be purchased. These packs could also be obtain through leveling up the ranks and leveling up the nation’s level. You are not required to buy packs and the game can be accomplished from a player purely by grinding however buying packs can accelerate the process.
Lastly, the developers are great! Despite the game being free, their talented team of developers continues to pump out regular balancing patches and content update which are always free. This factor is great the future of this game remains bright specially with many tournaments. Hopefully you enjoy my game review!
