Hey what’s up, armies! Mr. Frog here back with another Mobile Legend hero spotlight. And today we’re going to feature a Marksman hero with high Burst damage capabilities. Granger.
Granger is a marksman like no other. Granger was first released in April 2019, and has been very well-received since. Granger uses no mana nor has an Energy bar. He is highly effective in the first game and doesn’t suffer any damage in later games. Granger has a wide range of skills that can open up the possibility for many outplays. His ability to change between offense and defense in a matter of seconds is a testament to his skill sets. Granger’s attack speed isn’t as important as most marksmen. It’s more important to focus on pure attack damage, not attack speed. Granger is able to play in the Gold Lane and even in the jungle. He can easily dominate the game. This Mobile Legends Granger guide will cover his passive ability and skill sets as well as recommended builds and emblem configuration.

Granger is a hero with the common four skill sets of one passive and three active. In this Granger guide, let’s see what are his abilities in Mobile Legends, and when you can use which skill to get the best out of him. Passive skill is Caprice. Granger fills up his gun with 6 bullets at a time, and the sixth bullet deals critical damage. Granger’s basic attacks deal 50 (110%Total Physical ATK) Physical Damage, and he gains only 50% attack speed from Items and Emblems. Granger’s skill 1 is rhapsody. Granger fully reloads his gun and shoots 6 bullets in the aimed direction. Each bullet deals 45 (+70% Total Physical ATK) Physical Damage to enemies. This skill receives a 2-seconds cooldown at max level. Skill 2 is Rondo. Granger dashes towards any aimed direction and his next two basic attacks shot within 5 seconds will deal 10% extra damage. Each time Skill 1- Rhapsody successfully hits an enemy hero, Rondo receives a 0.5-second cooldown. And his ultimate is Death Sonata. Granger transforms his violin into a cannon and fills it with all bullets. He then shoots two Super Bullets towards an aimed direction, and the last bullet that deals Critical Damage like his Basic Attacks. These Super Bullets explode upon hitting the first enemy hero, dealing 80 (+70% Total Physical ATK) +12% of the enemy’s lost HP Physical Damage to enemies nearby and slows enemies by 80%. Granger can also roll towards the joystick’s direction. This skill can be cast rapidly if next to a wall.
Granger’s weakest point is Crowd Control Effects and Stunts. Flicker, Purify and Retribution are recommended. Granger is one the most powerful early game marksman. To get the most out of any hero, players must have a solid understanding of the map. We can divide it into three phases based on his gameplay. The perfect game plan for mobile legends granger includes the right game plan for early, middle, and late game.
If the player chooses to go to gold lanes, pushing Granger’s Skill 1 for raw damage and harassing enemies is crucial. Rotating to other lanes and helping the team in team fights from level 4 is a great idea. It will give the team a big advantage over the enemy. It should be a priority to push turrets within your lane. Keep your team close during mid-game and support them in team fights. You should always have skill 2 handy in case you need it. Always keep your distance from enemies. Keep farming, and make sure to build your core weapons as quickly as you can. Granger’s skills 1 to 2 can almost be spammed in the last game. Use their low cooldowns to harass the enemies at a distance. Keep pressing the enemies from a distance, and group up with your friends in the middle to late game. You can dodge enemy disables and stuns. However, if your team is not in favor of any fight, you should not force them to retreat.
Granger is a great marksman to snowball your enemies. Granger’s position is crucial. Granger is able to spam his skills with sufficient cooldown reduction items, and can harass the enemies constantly. Granger is a great pick for ranked games and is a solid pick for the current meta. These tips will help you guide easy wins in Mobile Legends with Granger.
That’s it for our Mobile Legend Hero Spotlight. Would you rather use this hero in ranked gaming? Were there any important points we missed? Please leave a comment.
