Hey what’s up, Armies! Mr. Frog Hubient here back again with a Dota 2 hero spotlight. Today we will feature The Ecclesiast-King of Elze nursed a desire for pain-forbidden pain. Queen of Pain!
Queen of Pain, a fearsome mid-laner with impressive mobility via Blink, is equipped with several spells that do significant damage and has the ability to move quickly. Shadow Strike can slow down her opponents and deal steady damage over time. This spell is great for catching up with opponents. Scream of Pain allows her to farm damage and deal it to enemies within close range. Sonic Wave is her ultimate. It does a lot of damage and knocks back enemies. Despite the fact that she does a lot of damage, it is fragile and difficult to disable. She must be used carefully to achieve success.

Queen of Pain doesn’t allow for multiple build orders. You will need to gauge the composition of your enemy team to determine how many Shadow Strike Points you will require in the early games as well as if you really need additional points in Blink. Maximize Scream of Pain to be your nuke and farming tool. Otherwise, you can take points in Sonic Wave whenever it’s possible. To move faster, max out blink.
Queen of Pain can be played easily as she doesn’t require any special timings or combinations. She shines, just like Anti-Mage. She can farm efficiently and pose a threat everywhere. Blink gives her the ability to jump in and get out of fights, which can lead to some very cheeky play at low HP.
Her generic combo would include a blink on a target, immediately using Scream of Pain because it doesn’t have a cast time. Slow him down with Shadow Strike to land your Sonic Wave. To finish him off. follow with right clicks and an additional blink + scream You will almost always need to add a few items to your equation.
QoP is superb at chasing her prey, but is very delicate and is often in more danger from enemy towers than enemy heroes. Gearing for HP regeneration may be advisable, as in a critical situation you can Blink to an inaccessible place and wait to recuperate. Bottle will also help with this.
QoP can be used in a late-game encounter by hiding until the enemies’ most powerful spells have cooled down. This allows her to Blink in to inflict massive damage on multiple enemies due to her AoE abilities without being at risk of being struck by powerful spells.
Who do you think is a good mage to try next? We’ll see on my next Dota 2 stream. Again, my name is Mr Frog and see you on the next one.
