Hello, Armies! Welcome to another hero spotlight. And today, we are going to feature a tank hero in the game Mobile Legends Bang Bang. Minotaur!
Minotaur is among the oldest tanks from Mobile Legends. Minotaur was released in the year 2016. In the world of tanks, he stands out because of being able to use the Rage Meter where inflicting and suffering damage permits him to enter Rage Mode where he gains additional stats and games-changing abilities. Minotaur’s most important benefit is that he’s the tank for team fights. More geared towards safeguarding your team’s assets by soaking in damage until he triggers the rage spell, which allows him to initiate. In this spotlight, we will examine the most effective design, the spell and or build along with strategies and tips to win every game using Minotaur.
Minotaur has three active skills and a passive skill like all the other heroes in-game. Passive skill is Rage Mode. Minotaur gains Rage each time he hits enemies with Skills or Basic Attacks. Once his Rage reaches its maximum, he will enter Rage State, resetting his cooldowns and gaining 20 (+3*Hero Level) Physical Attack, 10 (+4*Hero Level) Physical and Magic Defense that scale with levels, and extra skill effects. After he quits the Rage State, he will be unable to gain Rage or use Minoan Fury for a brief period. Skill 1 is Despair Stomp. Minotaur jumps towards a designated location. Upon landing, he will deal 280/295/310/325/340/355 (+60% Total Physical ATK) Physical Damage to all surrounding enemies and slows them by 65% for 2 seconds. Minotaur will recover Rage when he hits enemies with this skill.

2nd skill is Motivation Roar. Minotaur motivates himself and surrounding allies, recovering 260/280/300/320/340/360 HP for them, and healing himself according to his lost HP. In 5 seconds, Minotaur enhances his Basic Attacks, each dealing Physical Damage equal to (+100% Total Physical ATK) + 4% of his Max HP. Ultimate is Minoan Fury. Rage State: Minotaur smashes the ground 3 times, sending shockwaves to surrounding enemies that deal 180/240/300 (+85% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to surrounding enemies, knocking them airborne and slowing them by 70%. The final shockwave deals 200/250/300 (+85% Total Physical Attack) True Damage.
Minotaur’s forte is his greatest. Flicker can help with an unexpected set-up or escape from dangerous stations. Vengeance is an excellent choice since Minotaur has the ability to absorb massive amounts of damage. He also has plenty of HP during the final game. Vengeance can help absorb more damage. It will also cause permanent damage to enemies. Flicker is the ideal choice to build great impersonations when playing in Rage mode. There are many different variations of Minotaur. The only thing one has to do is follow the opponent’s choice and then choose the position for the game. We’ve provided the following outline to try out using Minotaur in the battlefield.
As mentioned previously, Minotaur is not a very effective player in the beginning of the game. It is recommended to keep him in passive mode early games and to tank goals by using the Jungler and the mage. The player does not have enough CC skills to protect his friends early, so providing the map vision is much better than going head-to-head at this stage. Minotaur excels during the middle of the game. Once he has gained his ultimate, it allows him to increase his rage tank. It is possible to increase his rage by waiting for the Ultimate skill to be activated for a few seconds. It will be filled with nearly 40% of his rage. Crowd Control ultimate unlocks with a full rage meter. Make sure to keep the rage level at or above 50 percent as shown by the Mino’s red indicator even in idle, or when the enemies are off the map. Players could be able to hit a few minion/jungle trees to let it charge in Level 4, while Level 4 allows players to charge their own. The 50-60% rage gauge (half-filled) allows you to charge the rage in the event of a team fight, however it also gives enough buffer to ensure that it doesn’t trigger Rage Mode when players don’t wish to.
Always keep an eye on the Mini-map, and then charge up to 80-90% depending on the location of the enemy and the current goal. With this level of the rage meter, players might be able to dive into the enemy and trigger the rage mode after just a couple of hits or enable rapid activation in the event that the opponent is the one to initiate. Minotaur is among the most powerful tanks in the later game because of his wide distance CC’s greatest skill. He can be very difficult to handle and also gains lots of HP with objects and is extremely difficult to take down fully built due to the ability to regen, which allows him to gain enough HP back to get rid of bad stations . He also helps his teammates also get Hp back and is a great way to remain longer in battles.
He doesn’t have to go back to the base for healing. The one thing that he can do is alter the whole game at this moment. Be sure to stay close to your teammates. Tanking is a form of being territorial, and defending your team or your tower as well as the jungle. Beyond defending, be the leader of the battle and take territories by killing your enemies and forcing them to withdraw. Macro skills refer to the things that are beyond ability range and the ability to make decisions for long-term and short-term strategies, more than what’s happening in front of the participant. It’s best to use a ping attack when you are ready to alert your teammates, and be sure to have at minimum three damage players within the range of the ult. If one opponent’s damage dealers are becoming extremely robust, the player might need to make sure they are within your zone.
